Exclusive Use Opening our doors to exciting and memorable events such as weddings is just one of the things that has inspired us to restore this fabulous house to its former glory - it truly is one of the most beautiful places you could imagine and genuinely offers an exciting and alternative venue for your special day....
Its availability for private use for an event is entirely flexible - and this may include all or any of the estate cottages which are situated within a few minutes walk in the surrounding parkland from the house. We can accommodate up to 30 people at a time when these are included. Inside we have two stunning drawing rooms which have the capacity for up to 80 - and the York stone terrace which leads off them boasts sublime views out to the sea making it an original and unique setting to create the event of your dreams.
Or a marquee on the lawn could accommodate many more.....
Alternatively it's possible to rent the whole house for you and your family and friends for a holiday - by the week or month. The house in itself can accomodate 16, and includes a large kitchen with an Aga, separate dining room with a log burning stove, a dedicated TV room (all 42 inches of it,) anda spacious sitting room.
