can comfortably accommodate and sleep up to 29 (+1) people.

The Main Hall sleeps up to 15 people, or for a smaller group the North Wing of Ingoldisthorpe Hall is available as a smaller property let sleeping up to 9 people. The

The 3 self Catering Cottages sleep 6, 4+1 and 4.

Drawing Room

Ingoldisthorpe Hall has a fabulous spacious Formal Drawing Room. It is furnished and decorated with a mix of modern day furniture and family antiques with an 18th Century working fireplace.

 

The Drawing room looks out onto the south facing terrace and down onto the surrounding parkland, and the Norfolk coastline on the horizon.

 

Dining Room

The room is furnished with a dining table that seats up to 16 people. 

The rooms 18th century regency style also has features such as antique busts, pictures and furnishings with the added benefit of a wood burning stove.

The Sitting Room

This comfy sitting room has a modern L-shaped sofa,  a large widescreen 42" TV, benefits from Sky TV, and has gaming consoles PS3 and Wii. Great for all the family.

 

This room is Equipt for the modern day in period surroundings and looks onto the parkland and the coastal views on the Horizon.

 

Kitchen & Utility Room

The Hall has a large country Kitchen with Aga, American-style fridge and dining table for 12 great for informal dining.

 

There is also a Utility Room equipped with washing machine, tumble-dryer, clothes-horse.

The Reading Room

 

The reading room is found off the stairs to the first floor, it is a lovely room packed full of charm and almost invites you in, to sit quietly with a book or chat and enjoy its ambience.

 

Feature and common areas

Throughout the Hall its grand history is on display.  This is not missed in common areas.  Their character and age appear to hold fascinating stories of years gone by, that we can only guess, but if only they could tell!

Let your imagination take you back to the past or just enjoy the beauty of the carefully restored features and areas.

Outside Space

There are 30 acres of rolling parkland at Mount Amelia waiting to be explored or just to sit back, relax and enjoy the tranquility and magnificent views morning, day, sunsets, evening and the beautiful stars littering our Norfolk skies at night.

Whatever the weather whatever the season - dress accordingly and enjoy!
