Built in 1745, and originally named ‘Mount Amelia’, Ingoldisthorpe Hall was once a substantial North Norfolk private estate and residence. Still set in thirty acres of private grounds and parkland, it offers exceptional views across the wash and is just one of a few Grade II* listed Country Houses in England. This fascinating and historic building has just undergone an extensive three year restoration and is now ready to open its doors as a sumptuous Bed and Breakfast, from October to May, and for rental by the week as a holiday house June to September. It is also available for one off events - making Mount Amelia the perfect place for the wedding of your dreams, the party of a lifetime, or simply a relaxing weekend away ...

Ideally positioned on the beautiful and undulating North Norfolk coast, Mount Amelia lies on the boundary of the Royal Estate at Sandringham, just one of the amazing historic houses to visit in the area, and within easy reach of the beaches at Hunstanton, Brancaster and Holkham, the Market Towns of Fakenham, Swaffham and Kings Lynn as well as the idyllic villages of Snettisham, Burnham Market and Holt.

Five charming estate cottages, also recently renovated, and of various sizes, are available for holiday rental throughout the year.
